Everything you need to go live

Short, practical guides. Most owners are answering calls within ten minutes of signing up.

Getting started

New to Ansa? Work through the three setup steps below and your phone will start answering itself. Prefer we do it for you? Add Done-for-you setup at checkout.

1

Set up in ten minutes

Setting up Ansa takes about ten minutes and needs no new hardware. You keep your existing business number and your existing carrier.

There are three steps: get your Ansa number, forward your line to it, and connect the calendar you want appointments written into. That is it. Your phone starts answering itself.

2

Forward your number

Ansa gives you a dedicated number when you sign up. To route your calls through it, set up call forwarding with your current carrier so your business line rings Ansa.

Most carriers use a short code you dial once, or a toggle in your account settings. If you would rather we handle it, add Done-for-you setup and our team does it with you on a short call.

3

Connect your calendar

Ansa books into the calendar you already use: Google Calendar, Outlook, Jobber, Acuity, and others. Connect it once from your dashboard and set your business hours and buffers.

Ansa reads your live availability before it offers a time, so it never double-books and always respects the gaps you want between jobs.

4

How booking works

On each call, Ansa qualifies the caller, checks your real availability, and offers open times. When the caller picks one, Ansa writes the appointment straight into your calendar and confirms it out loud.

You can set rules for what Ansa books directly and what it should route to you, so the front desk matches how your business actually runs.

5

Text-back messages

If a call is ever missed, or if the caller asks for a text, Ansa sends an SMS from your Ansa line within seconds. The message confirms the booking or invites the caller to book, so they stay with you.

You can customize the wording per business type from your dashboard.

6

Call summaries

After every call you get a short summary with the caller's number, what they wanted, and what Ansa did, plus the full transcript.

Summaries land in your dashboard and can be sent to your email or team channel, so nothing gets lost between calls and jobs.

7

Plans and billing

Solo is $49 a month for one line. Business is $149 a month for multiple lines, integrations, and team routing. Done-for-you setup is a one-time $199.

Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial and no card. Switch plans or cancel any time from your dashboard.

8

Call privacy

Calls and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest. We store them only for as long as you choose, and you can delete any call or your entire history at any time.

We never sell call data or use it to train third-party models. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
